Cookie Policy — SimplyForms
Version 1.0 · Effective: May 23, 2026
The Czech version is the controlling version. This Cookie Policy supplements the Privacy Policy and explains what cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) the SimplyForms Service uses.
1. Operator
Adam Todt, IČO 19197438, Drahy 1625, 696 42 Vracov, Czech Republic · privacy@simplyforms.app
2. Legal framework
Use of cookies in the Czech Republic is governed by §89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications, implementing ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC Art. 5(3):
- Strictly necessary cookies do not require user consent.
- All other cookies (analytics, marketing, profiling) require active informed consent BEFORE storage/read.
Our cookie practice complies with CJEU C-673/17 Planet49 — no pre-ticked boxes, no "by continuing you consent".
3. What cookies we use
3.1 Marketing site (simplyforms.app)
We currently store no cookies and use no third-party analytics.
No cookie banner is shown on the marketing site because none is required.
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing trackers, an updated Cookie Policy will be published and a consent banner activated BEFORE the scripts load.
3.2 Dashboard (dash.simplyforms.app)
Strictly necessary items only:
| Key | Type | Purpose | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|
auth.token |
localStorage | JWT authentication token | Until token expiry (30 min) or logout |
auth.refresh-token |
localStorage | Refresh token | 30 days or logout |
auth.strategy |
localStorage | Selected auth strategy (local) |
Persistent until logout |
nuxt-color-mode |
localStorage | Light/dark theme preference | Persistent (user pref) |
i18n_redirected |
cookie | Language preference (CS/EN) | 365 days |
sf-cookie-consent |
localStorage | Cookie consent record | 12 months (re-prompt after) |
These do not require consent under §89(3) ZEK and ePrivacy 5(3) — "strictly necessary" exemption: the Service cannot function without them (login, CSRF protection, preference persistence, legal duty to document consent).
4. Third-party cookies
We currently use no third-party cookies on the marketing site or in the dashboard.
Stripe (at checkout after paid-plan activation) may set its own anti-fraud cookies — that is a separate processing operation under Stripe's controllership; see Stripe Cookie Policy.
5. How to manage cookies
5.1 In your browser
Most browsers allow viewing/deleting cookies and localStorage, setting auto-deletion rules, or blocking specific domains. Guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Deleting strictly necessary cookies will log you out and require re-login.
5.2 In SimplyForms
If analytics are introduced in future, preference management will be accessible via the "Cookies" footer link. Not needed now.
6. Questions or objections
Contact privacy@simplyforms.app.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
7. Changes
Material changes notified to registered customers by email at least 30 days in advance and published on this page with effective date.
